In order to participate in CDPAP, you need to meet requirements including a Physician’s Order for Services. Don’t worry if any of this sounds confusing. We’ll take the reins and ensure that you meet all of the State’s social and nursing assessments.

CDPAP is limited to Medicaid recipients. If you don’t have Medicaid, a Sunray representative will help you submit a Medicaid application speedily.

Rather than the traditional home care option which required patients to allow strangers into their homes, CDPAP grants individuals the freedom and flexibility to choose their own caregiver.

CDPAP grants enormous freedom to individuals to choose their own caregivers. Friends, neighbors, and loved ones are all eligible. However, spouses are not eligible since anyone “legally responsible” for the client cannot be a compensated CDPAP caregiver.
